Extend & Renovate

This project comprised of the Refurbishment and Extension of an existing 200+ year old terraced Georgian building. 27 Ashdale Road, Terenure, Co. Dublin is a period building and the contract required the complete gutting of a three story building under preservation order and the construction of a new modern extension to the rear. This home was fitted out with the latest in in-house home entertainment & security systems.
