The work consists of the completion of partly build development and includes all construction and remedial works related including Civil Engineering Works, Structural works, Mechanical and Electrical works and Architectural. Demolition of partially constructed two/three storey Block A accommodating 20 no. residential units in its entirety and reinstatement of site as landscaped open space. Site to be bound by new 1.5 metre high boundary fence and wall. Ground floor concrete slab of Block A to remain insitu below landscaped area.Demolition of partially constructed residential semi-detached bungalows Block C and the development of 2 no. single storey semi-detached bungalow units (157 sq. m.) Internal amendments to include a change from one of the previously permitted dwellings from 1 no. 2 bed unit to 1 no. 1 bed unit with study. Retention and remedial works of partially constructed residential Blocks B and D and the reconstruction, completion and amendments to Blocks B and D to provide 17 no. residential units, comprising of 8 no. 2 bed terraced houses, 5 no. 3 bed terraced houses, 4 no. 2 bed duplex apartments. The overall development will provide a total of 19 no. residential units with a gross floor area of 2,030 sq. metres. The development includes 34 no. of car parking spaces on site and 11 no. spaces at Gateway Crescent and 25 no. of bicycle spaces. Provision of all internal access roads and completion of Gateway Crescent access road. Development to include revisions to site landscaping, provision of external refuse store and all other ancillary internal and external amendments to existing blocks.
