Drysdale Ltd are delighted to be working with MDY Construction for Regency Group. The project has commenced construction for a scheme of 455 residential units with the first units to be released for sale in early 2016. The site is located just north of the newly constructed road which links the N2 and M3 national routes, which are two of the main strategic arterial routes connecting Dublin city to the north and west of the country.

Construction trucks rumbled by as Crawford Hoying celebrated a ground-breaking for Bridge Park last week.

Preliminary site work at the Bridge Park sites in Historic Dublin and at the northeast corner of Riverside Drive and state Route 161 has been ongoing for months, setting a background of dirt mounds for the official ground-breaking for the $350 million mixed-use development.

Paypal has begun asking staff to make spare rooms available to new employees, because of the shortage of rental accommodation, according to the company’s head of Irish operations Louise Phelan.
